Minutes of Executive Committee Meeting
11th June 2009
1. Election of Officers
Chairman Michael Craster
Vice Chair Jennifer Doherty
Secretary John Gallon
Treasurer John Gallon
It was agreed that it was unsatisfactory asking one person to carry out the duties of more than one management position. Michael Craster said that he would contact Fyona Robson to see if she would be willing to take on the position of Secretary.
2. Date of Next Meeting
It was agreed that the next meeting would provisionally take place on Tuesday 23rd. June commencing at 19:00. As the meeting would be open to the public, EEC members are asked to attend 15 minutes before the due starting time. The meeting may be cancelled or re-scheduled depending on progress with NWL.
